Like holy shit. For a game that's been out for 7 years you'd think it would be able to function at a playable level or at least have some semblance of balance. I just wanna a good online crime sim with cool vehicles and weapons but everything in this game is ridiculously inflated to the point where you could 'grind' for hours and still only be able to afford a fraction of a car (Even the cars that have been from updates from YEARS ago have not gone down in price, like what the hell? I can't even access any of the cool shit in Story Mode either which is beyond infuriating). 'grinding' is essentially impossible in the conventional sense because you'll spend hours on ridiculously difficult missions fighting waves of bullet sponges for scraps of a chance for money. The constant errors and glitches don't help either. Take the heist prep delivery glitch for the yellow circle for example. Over a year ago my heist supplies just would'nt deliver for the Diamond Casino to the point where I couldn't progress at all. A year later and the same glitch is still present in the Cayo heist where I spend like 12 minutes getting shot at with supplies only to find I can't enter the Kosatka. Like really Rockstar? Over a year and you still haven't fixed this? I can send support tickets but they all lead to the response of 'oh we're aware and working on it!' Well clearly you aren't if its been this long! Don't even get me started on griefing, like who the fuck decided adding in the Specter from Saints Row was a good idea?! I absolutely LOVE getting fucking nuked by a dozen fucking depressors that I can't fight back against.
I really wish there was a strong competitor in the open world video game market to take Rockstar down a notch. Its super ripe for the taking seeing as how low the bar is with the state of online today. FiveM definitely has the right idea but even that is just a derivative of GTA. GTA Online is a game designed for junkies, to keep you glued to a screen spending hours to get overpriced items in hopes you'll just cave and buy microtransactions (which are also fucking overpriced. The Megalodon card is 8 mil and cost $99. 8 mil gets you like 1 property with all upgrades, FFS a yacht is 9 mil. You're telling me a virtual boat is worth 3x the retail price of your game? What kind of brain dead toddlers are buying these things?!)
If you're playing GTA Online in 2021, you've gotta be a fool, a junkie, or a masochist. Like fuck, there's gotta be a better alternative open world game than this shit. It has rekindled my interest in building a gaming rig just to play FiveM.

TRAPHOUSE-
• Sells a random amount of each drug type every 10-20 minutes
• Can be owned by one person or a gang
• Drugs sold from a Traphouse receive the MAXIMUM price (unlike street sales which flucuate)
• For every cop that is on, sale prices increase by 5% (max 25%)
• The more drugs you put in a Traphouse, the higher your chance of selling bulk amounts
• Traphouses activate with more than 10 people online (able to be taken, starts selling drugs)
• Traphouses do NOT call the cops when being taken
• Traphouses only appear on the mini-map. Icon is a little cocaine bag and when being taken, will pulsate
• There is a very small chance a Traphouse notifies police that it is active
• There are a total of 5 Traphouses (for now)
• To take a traphouse, you must be armed and hold it for 10 minutes
• Dying or leaving the area will cancel the takeover
• A successfully capped Traphouse cannot be re-taken for a period of 20 minutes

• Stamina - As you run or swim, you will gain stamina which allows for longer running and swiming
• Strength - You gain strength by working out at the gym. This will unlock perks along the way (being able to lift someone up at 50%)
• Lung Capacity - As you swim under water, you gain more lung capacity over time
• Shooting - The more you shoot the more you gain this skill. Same perks as the GTA game (check their wiki)
• Driving - Gain this by driving faster than ~35mph. Same perks as the GTA game (check their wiki)
• Cooking - As you cook, you will gain this skill which will unlock better food recipes to give higher nutrition points
• Nutrition - Gain nutrition from eating good foods. The higher your nutrition, the faster you gain physical skills like Stamina and Strength.
• Hunting - Gain this everytime you slaughter an animal. Higher skills will increase yields. At 25% you gain the ability to get leather from the animal. At 75% you unlock the Muskett at the weapon shop
• Fishing - Gain this skill by fishing. The higher your skill, the better chance you have at doubling your reward (catch 2 instead of 1)
• Citizen - This one you gain just by being on. For every 10%, you gain 1% on every legal job goods you sell. Committing crimes or going to jail lowers this.
• Criminal - Comitting criminal acts increases this. Higher Criminal score means not being able to use the legal gunshop but you also get perks like being able to wash money at a better rate, depending. Going to jail will lower this drastically.
• Drugs - This skill is gained every time you successfully sell drugs to a local. For every 10% skill, you gain 1% on every drug you sell
• Planting - This skill is gained every time you successfully grow something. The higher the skill level, the higher your max yield can be
*Dying causes a loss of 25% for Stamina, Strength, Nutrition and Lung Capacity
Player Owned Shops
• Shops are purchased by going to the “Buy Shops” icon
• Shops can be stocked with any item.
• Shops can be robbed of 10% of the money in the shop
• Robbing a shop requires actually breaking the safe (with any weapon)
• Robbery cooldown is many many hours for player owned shops. Persists through restarts/crashses.

There are shops and gas stations around the map where you will need to refuel your vehicle or buy things like repair kits.
ILLEGAL JOBS
You can do any number of things from robbing stores, chopping cars, selling drugs and burglarizing houses. There are also criminal gangs and businesses that are player run that make doing some of these activities easier.
GANG PERKS
The Lost MC guys have as 25% increase on store robbery payouts, called the “Intimidation Factor”. The Mafia have a “No Witnesses” perk which means their gunshots are hidden from police because no locals call the cops on these guys. This is just a couple examples of the custom additions we’ve made.
DRUGS
The big thing with some cities is that all of their drugs are usually locked to whitelisted orgs. Here you can create 3 types of drugs with uniquely different ways of manufacturing each type.

Hello people of gta6, this is something I've been working on for a while now, it's my ideal concept for Rockstar Games' future title, Grand Theft Auto VI.
This is a long post however, you have been forewarned.
So, with all that being said, hope you guys enjoy it!
Let's begin with an overview:
Grand Theft Auto VI is the biggest Rockstar title yet, approached with the most advanced systems ever. GTA VI will be released on Xbox Series X, PS5, and PC only, with the online mode (more on that in the next part) releasing a month after release. The game itself takes place in 3 key locations (technically 4):

1. Vice City (Expanded and Enhanced), in the fictional state of Flores (based off Florida)
2. Carcer City, in the fictional state of Garrison (based off Detroit, Philadelphia, and Chicago)
3. The People's Republic of Del Castillo (Based off of Cuba and Brazil, respectively)
4. Liberty City (VERY linear, certain portions of story playable)

Vice City:

Vice City has been greatly expanded, and now includes 2 other key locations based off of Orlando and Tampa: Mamba and Paxville. Paxville is based off of Orlando, and includes 2 different theme parks: Fun-World & AnimalDome (both based off Disney World/Universal Studios and SeaWorld).
Fun-World is a one-stop shop for having the most fun you can have. From fun-rides to the weird candy the man near the entrance sells, players can ride rollercoasters, take pictures with mascots, and do side-missions from the management and employees of Fun-World.
AnimalDome is a bit more based on SeaWorld and appeals to players that want animals in the game, whether in hunting, fishing, or even exploring. A new side-activity you can do is hunt for legendary animals (all across the map) and donate them to AnimalDome for rewards. It ranges from lost fish in lakes and oceans near untouched waterfalls, all the way to rare birds in forests alike.
The landscapes such as the marshlands are similar to Bayou N.W.A from RDR2, with alligators and crocodiles alike in wetlands, with many other secrets to uncover.
One key icon is the Gator Chain, which is based off the real life Florida Keys, 8 islands pulled together by a single highway.
Another key icon is the Green Pastures, which is based off of the real life Everglades, a subtropical wetland in the heart of south Florida, filled with all kinds of natural society.
A new air force base, Fort Kayak, is also included within the state as well.

Carcer City:

The newest addition to the series, Carcer City is supposed to be gloomy and dark, that of rivaling Vice City's vibrant feeling with the lights shining at night. The roads are narrow and sleek, and are very easy to get lost in because of the grid zig-zag layout. At day, you find old factories blowing out dark smoke, with lower class people getting ready to go work in their old crusty cars. The feeling heavily changes at night when you find the darker parts of the city emerged. Get yourself downtown and on rooftops of buildings, you'll find yourself feeling like Batman looking down at all of Gotham City.

The People's Republic of Del Castillo:

This is solely an island based on the likes of Guarma. On one side, you have favelas in a small, compact, linear city with a mini-airstrip for an airport, while it slowly moves onto tropical forests on the other side of the island. Free roaming is fine, but be careful as there are others who are watching you. Be aware at all times no matter what.
As for Liberty City, a small portion is only playable for certain missions only, incredibly linear.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is similar to that of a mix between IV/V (realism and arcadey-ness). The car feeling is similar to IV when crashing and whatnot, but also contains elements of V's driving. Interaction with NPCs is more realistic and grounded. Walk around in a suit and people ask if you have somewhere important to be, walk around in punk clothing and get trash thrown at you. Red Dead Redemption 2's interaction system with NPCs returns with a new change: multiple dialogue options. Say you choose to greet an NPC and ask if they need help with anything. They might say yes and you could be given with two choices: a) "Sure, I'll help out!" or b) "Alright, well, hope it gets done then!".
You can choose the way the characters are. Aside from antagonizing NPCs, you can pave a path for these characters depending on the way you want.
Wanted levels return, as well as the 6th star. Here is the new way the wanted system would react when given stars:

• 1 Star: Cops Chase You, Ram into Vehicle if needed. Given a ticket ($25, $50, $75, $100, or $125) depending on what the charges were, and the star is dropped.
• 2 Star: Cops use tasers, use batons and whatnot to attack. You can get "Busted" if they catch you.
• 3 Star: Angry Cops chase you and try to take you down, no exceptions.
• 4 Star: Same as 3 stars except more cops are deployed and more aggression is applied.
• 5 Star: NOOSE deployed.
• 6 Star: Military and State-Guard deployed, locking off all airports (unless broken into or in the air already). Very hard to survive.

A new gameplay experience that is added is backpacks or duffel bags. This will not be realistic in the sense where it will weigh down your character and slow them down. You can store different things in either one now, whether it be snacks for refilling health, armor, or other materials you can find. You can find collectibles across the map and store them in there.
Another returning feature is the stats: energy, driving, and flying. Energy encompasses the other stats such as stamina, strength, etc. The more energy you can max out, the more stamina and more health you have. Driving and flying are the same as before.

Story:

In terms of story, I think Project Americas' narrative based off of the leaks seem very interesting, and also makes for interesting scenarios gameplay-wise during the smuggling missions. Another feature I 100% want back is heists. They were done amazingly in V with their setups and then finales where you had somewhat of a variety was fun for the replay ability. The same can also be said for the Diamond Casino And Resort Heist and its diverse offerings.
For characters, in terms of playable ones, I would enjoy seeing 2 protagonists this time around, maybe a male and female if possible.
The game could end with 3 endings, one where our characters become enemies, one where they remain neutral (friends), and one where they begin a relationship or something like that.
Other characters could be possibly a funny crooked lawyer (think Saul Goodman), maybe another Phil Cassidy-esque character as well if we're heading back to Vice (IF that is).

Last Topic, Time Period (?):

So, this is the big one. I'm having some trouble picking what time period might fit well for my ideal game.
Normally, I would say the 1980s, but even then some people wouldn't really enjoy it, so I decided to take a look at past games and see where this game might fit well in terms of time period:

1. GTA lll (2001): 2000s (2001 specifically)
2. Vice City (2002): 1980s (1986 specifically)
3. San Andreas (2004): 1990s (1992 specifically)
4. IV (2008): 2000s (2008 specifically)
5. V (2013): 2010s (2013 specifically)
6. Online (2013-2020): 2010s - 2020s (Specifically unknown, speculated 2020)

With this being said, I think one time period that could totally work is the 2000s, but instead of 2008 like IV or 2001, I say mid 2000s: somewhere around 2004 - 2006, with some flashback missions dating back to the 1980s (1984, 1987, or 1989).
Now, the internet as we know it wasn't fully developed like how it is today, but it was still actively rising. Funny internet videos and downloading was the norm during that time. Rockstar, with its satire can actively parody the internet as it did with IV and V.
Instead of using the internet to buy cars, players now actively have to go to dealerships, each with their own specific kind of cars (legendary motorsport with their fancy cars, warstock with heavy vehicles, etc).
Now, for the flashback missions. Thinking realistically, it's almost impossible for Rockstar to create different models and whatnot for two different eras.
Now, what I PERSONALLY can see Rockstar doing, if they do decide to go down the flashback route, I can definitely see them create a VERY linear mission-design for a small portion of the map where a mission takes place, and changing some of the buildings and billboards to fit the era (in this case, the 1980s).
For example, take Vice City for example. There could be a portion of the city where the buildings are abandoned, roads are cracked up, etc. There could be a story mission where it takes place in 1984, in that exact portion of the city, where the roads are freshly paved, and the buildings are lively and booming.
RDR2's jump from 1899 to 1907 is justified, in the sense that most of the map is just environments without as many buildings as GTA.
So yeah, that's about it. Hopefully you guys enjoyed it, I have some more stuff on the way!

I was able to get my $1 Million login Bonus twice (PS4)
I logged in to a gta online public session today. When I first logged in, I received my login bonus and spawned in at my casino penthouse. I went down to the wheel, spun it, and when I saw I didn’t land on the car, I double tapped the home button, went to network settings and disconnected from the internet. It kicked me, and sent me to the story mode. When I loaded back in to another public session, I was given the login bonus again. I tried it a third time, but it didn’t work. Not sure if this is relevant, figured I’d share it though in case it helps anyone

So today I played a bit of gta story mode. But then I suddenly started thinking about the fact that I was happier playing gta online my first day's, its like I want to go back in time to 1 year ago when I was a low level and all I had was a couple of shitty cars, one supercar won at the casino and no futuristic weaponised veichles, I felt happier those days. Gta online isn't the same for me today

So, as we all know Rockstar cares little for the PC gaming community when it comes to hackers and game exploits. While some get upset that there hasn't been any new content for Red Dead 2 and Gaming media outlets choose to write about how players are turning into clowns in game because of it, I am over here wondering when Rockstar will stop going to strip clubs while bullying their employees and get them to work on their games serious issues. GTA V online for me was a mega disaster with one of my first experiences of a whale falling from the sky, crushing me under its weight and killing me. Then being spawned into a multi color changing car that can fly with the hacker shooting money out of the back. I tried my best to avoid hackers but it ruined the game for me in the end. I came back to GTA V when they released the casino and my first time back in I had a hacker forcefully enter my apartment, put me in a cage, and kicked me from the server...... Great stuff Rockstar!
So how does this relate to RED DEAD 2? Well today I encountered two hackers who blasted my horse with explosive rounds and hogtied me up. I tried to play along in a way that wouldn't complete ruin my time and the hacker turned into a giant albino alligator. He ordered me to squeal like a pig and he will reward me. Now I have had hackers take skins I have harvest from my hand and somehow alter the upkeep time for your horse to a dollar every second, maliciously taking most of my money, so I just went along and squealed to see what he would do. He turned into a breast-less woman with no legs and untied me and told me to open a box which gave me a bunch of money. This hackers name was George Floyd and he kept saying Black Lives didn't matter and then somehow knew exactly what City and State I lived in. SOOOOOO this racist hacker somehow knows where I live which means that Rockstar doesn't give two shits about your privacy and security. Rockstar has the most compromised security system of all time! I have never and will never spend money on in game currency and now I don't trust that a random person can just get my IP and DOX my ass. Fuck more content fix this shit first now! Imagine it getting more out of hand and people actually getting full blown doxxed? Lawsuits for days!

Hello fellow redditors, i have been playing this game non stop since Epic Games gifted it. so, i will talk in every point i saw in this game that let me or my friends wanted to stop playing, dont take this as a harrass, but mostly as things rockstar could have made to improve the game.

Lets start from the basic.

• Load Times: we timed how much time it takes to load from starting main menu to online, it tooks an average of 4-6 minutes if u go Single Player then Online, 6-8 if you go directly to online. like, this game bugs a lot and you HAVE to restart it or do tricky things like joing from social club in order to fix it. and this takes me to the second point.
• Bugs: this game seems like a indie company made a fan made rockstar game in Bugs quality, like, freezes in lobbys, cant join friends, cant join heist, disconnects, game makes you load GTA V Single player a lot of times, cant quit a bugged lobby, and mother of god, heist like casino has A LOT of bugs, freezes picking up gold, freezes in the start that makes you restart your game, glitches in the vault. This game is so broken that if u stop picking up loot and re do it, it bugs and refill the thing like WTF?, how is this a thing?, and do you want to know how they solved it?, if you have 160k+ in loot it doesnt let you re-grab a loot.
• Hackers: its not a surprise, hackers are everywhere, droping money, exploding people, god mode, changin weather, spawning vehicles, spawning things, disconnecting people, crashing the game, and the worst thing?, sometimes you have to RESTART your game in order to fix wath the hacker put in the map. (pd: and there are a few DANGEROUS hacks, one that makes your game change weather constantly from day to night with brigthness incrased, someone with epilepsy can have an attack from this. like mother of god.)
• Heists: look, i am not a pro player, i like to tryhard games mostly in pve content, but this game has like less than 1 week worth of heist and "interesting" missions to do, and it was released 6 YEARS AGO. 5 normal heists, 3 final worlds and casino. thats all, and the better part, why i will re do any of them if casino gives you 1kk and the others gives like a maximum of 250k.
• Grinding Money: Hey, do you want money?, okay, if you play with friends you can farm a lot of casino, and casino, and casino again, if not, prepare to deliver cars. and every passive money income is a waste of time except for bunker fully upgraded and buying supplies ever and of course you need 3 people to do them.
• Difficulty: as i said, this game is NOT challenging at all, heist are SUPER easy, mostly if u already have a good vest and hp from level, the only one i had to restart was the last one of final world because it takes so long that you dont expect to run out of vests.
• Stealth: stealth works so bad in this game, like you can be in front of a guy with 0 cover and if u are not in the vision cone you are ok, you can kill someone behind him and nothing happens, you can shoot a window and nothing happens, but its so clunky that sometimes your character moves horrendus, security cams works awfull too, you can run past them and everything is ok... sometimes. idk why GTA V doesnt learn from games like payday 2, why i will want to do a stealth mission in an awfull made stealth. there is a reason why everyone hates stealth casino, and it is because, why do that?, why waste your time with some stupid things like this.
• Minigames the game: Wanna hack?, do this mini game that has 3-4 maximum patrons with every same answer. like, is not hard, is no something you learn to do, is something you learn from memory, thats not skill, thats simply stupid.
• Rockstar Social club: when i started playing i thought it was because of the big wave of new people like me who were playing, 1 month after this service works horrendus still, at the moment i am writing this it is down.
• PVP: i dont like pvp in this type of games, they are not made to be balanced and not has skill at all, but one thing is not being balanced, other is being stupidly broken, MK2 in a nutshell, forces you to buy things to counter it.
• Player Base: who would think the average player base of this game is gonna be 8-18 years old kids, its stupid how horrendus the player base is, i know is a "chaotic" game, but like, one thing is being chaotic for a reason, other is being dumb, people killing some lvl 10 and shit talking like, oh yeah, is not like he installed the game today and you are lvl 150 with fully upgradeds weapons, vests, mk2, hydra, spamming ghost. you are clearly better than that guy.
• Races: who would think a player base of kids would want to have a good race?, none, so neither do i expect it, joined a race, people crashing other purposely at the first corner because "wow its so funny to crash, it does boom XD" and lag doesnt help this a lot, the few people who knowed how to play properly lagged a lot and crashed because of it.
• Arena War: hey do you know that kiddos like to crash cars, lets do a mode for them, okey but lets do they pay 4-5 millon worth of upgrades and car cost first in order to play fairly with people expended the same amount of money, and lets do the most boring mini games ever like a capture the flag where everyone spams bikes because crashing one with the lag the game has is impossible.
• A reason to grind: and this is my last statement in this game, why do i ever want to play this?, i want to grind money for what?, a mk2 to kill kids?, a house that i will NEVER use, a car that i neither will use because i have a mk2 and stromberg to counter my same mk2.

My TL;DR: if u want a heist-stealth game, go play payday 2, if you want a race game, you have a lot of games like dirt, if you want a pvp shooting game go play CSGO or if you want a more arcade expirience go play Fortnite or PUBG.
This game is not worth playing more than a few days, i played it because of problem with my network that doesnt let me play a lot of other games and this one was a waste of time, i cant belive rockstar does things so bad.

It seems like people constantly leave my lobbies. I get kicked from probably a quarter of them after waiting 3 minutes to find it. I'm only rank 31 but overall not a terrible player. I've been playing GTA much longer than online rank suggests which I understand they can't know that. But half the time it seems like the leader will launch and set it all up on the board and then leave or force us to sit for the car ride and then bail. Does anyone else experience this a lot? I've spent a solid 3 hours going in and out of lobbies overall today trying to do the Casino heist

Hi guys, so I hadn’t played GTA since 2014 ish but I recently downloaded it for the ps4 and was making some nice progress in my online account. Yesterday I won the pegassi tempesta from the diamond casino which was amazing and did some heists with friends. I was rank 15 when I logged off yesterday but when I came on today I was back to rank 8!? My del perro apartment is gone, my car and mechanic gone! Why do you think this happened guys?

Grand Theft Auto has since been a game title favourite ever since the release of Grand Theft Auto III back in 2001, however the series did not begin there. Back in 1997, David Jones and Mike Dailly created the first and original title of the game series Grand Theft Auto, it had 16 bit graphics despite running on a 32 bit console unit and was inspired by films such as Eat My Dust, Smokey and the Bandit and of course the actual film named "Grand Theft Auto". Most of those films were set in the 1960s and 1970s which inspired Dan Houser to create Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 with freeware mission pack Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.
It wasn't until the release of Grand Theft Auto III back in 2001 when the game series became popular due to the 3D graphics and the third person view instead of the original 16 bit graphics and bird's eye view. After the release of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, celebrities have made numerous appearances including Samuel L. Jackson, Guns N' Rose's Axl Rose and the real life radio DJ Jeffrey Crawford "Lazlow" Jones.
Over the years since the developments of the game series, there has been a lot of conspiracy theories such as video games promoting violence however there's never been any solid evidence supporting those facts. Both Dan & Sam Houser have explained many times before that all games have mature themes and are made for players aged 18 and above, the games were not made for young children and the parents should be considered responsible for their children's actions.
Whilst Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was in development, Sam wanted the game to be more realistic and decided that the main protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson would have the ability to have a relationship with other characters in the game meaning all players can have an in-game girlfriend and Sam Houser wanted to include a mini sex game where CJ would have to try and get his girlfriend to have an orgasm in order to improve his relationship level. Sam Houser decided to remove the mini sex game as a feature after his colleagues warned him that such content would force the video game title to be given a "adults only" content rating which would lower the sales rating in stock.
Patrick Wildenborg a video game player in Holland who owned one of the original manufactured copies of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas decided to create modifications for the game from his desktop computer using coding hacks, whilst creating these modifications, Wildenborg noticed two human figures having what appeared as sexual intercourse. Wildenborg then realized that Rockstar Games had a hidden mini sex game dubbed "Hot Coffee" and decided to upload a video on YouTube exposing the hidden in-game content.
Ever since the "Hot Coffee" exposure by Wildenborg, Sam Houser was forced to change the age rating to "adults only" content on all games even though Sam Houser already explained that he asked his development team to remove the feature and that Wildenborg used coding hacks through his PC to expose the deleted content.
Due to Devin Moore's murders and the "Hot Coffee" exposure, Sam Houser was taken to court but the case was later dismissed and Sam Houser agreed to have all remaining games removed from all retailers' stocks so the hidden in-game would be permanently removed and replaced with a newer version of the same game only without "Hot Coffee" included. Sam Houser has since been allowed to keep the "mature theme" content rating instead of replacing the age rating to "adults only" keeping Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas a game title success.
There two universes existing in the GTA game series where 3D universe aka the "GTA 3 era" and the HD universe exist. It was the 3D universe that made the game franchise as popular as it is to this day as we speak.
Because of GTA's success over the years since the release of Grand Theft Auto III, other game series with similar vehicle privileges were developed. In 2000 before Grand Theft Auto III was created, Reflections Interactive and Infogrames released the second installment of Driver with the privileges of being able to enteexit all vehicles and 2003, two years after Grand Theft Auto III was released, Activision decided to release True Crime: The Streets of LA which allowed video game players to not only enteexit all vehicles but also to use weapons against all enemies. Unlike the GTA game series, the storylines in the True Crime game series were focused on police officers' perspectives instead of the criminals. True Crime: The Streets of LA became popular over time that in 2005 Activision decided to release True Crime: New York City but later that year, halfway through the development of True Crime: Hong-Kong, Activision decided to focus on other projects and instead Square Enix took over and renamed the game as "Sleeping Dogs" with Wei Shen being the main protagonist instead of the reprised role of Nick Kang.
In 2005, a year before the PlayStation 3 console unit was released, Saints Row was developed by Volition and THQ for the Xbox 360. Saints Row and Grand Theft Auto IV were then game title rivals as Saints Row became popular around the south-east Asian countries. The GTA game series once again won over all video games players in 2013 after Rockstar Games released yet again another GTA game title, Grand Theft Auto V which not only had the original single player mode but an online player mode with more customizations options for the online playable character.
Ever since Grand Theft Auto V was made available for the PlayStation 4 console unit, Grand Theft Auto Online now has downloadable content each month/year and has an in-game casino allowing players to gamble with real life money as well GTA$. The in-game casino is named The Diamond Casino & Resort. You can purchase a casino membership and buy a luxury penthouse suite. Unlike the other high-end residential properties, the penthouse suite only has a 10 vehicle garage to store your cars.
Gameloft a mobile phone game developer company in France was inspired by the GTA game series that they decided to release a similar game series for mobile phones worldwide under the name "Gangstar". So far there has been a total of eight game releases from 2006-2017. The most popular title was Gangstar Rio: City of Saints.
Grand Game Valley created a game for Android phones named "Grand City Thug Crime Gangster", the font used in the name is the same as Grand Theft Auto III and the game features similar graphics to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
For years and even today, many GTA fans have had a worldwide debate whether or not Claude Speed from Grand Theft Auto II aka "GTA2" is the same Claude from Grand Theft Auto III as both protagonists have similar body features as well as names. Rockstar Games confirmed though that Claude from Grand Theft Auto III and Claude Speed from GTA2 are both two separate men as Claude Speed exists in the 16 bit 2D universe with the bird's eye view that's set in 2013 and Claude from Grand Theft Auto III exists in the 3D universe set in 2001 meaning that if both men were the same person, Claude would have been a whole lot older in GTA3 and would look a lot more different, that being said, Claude Speed from GTA2 is vocal (as shown in the game trailer scenes) and Claude from GTA3 is mute (referencing CJ referring Claude to as "mute asshole" and "the snake without a tongue").
The additional Grand Theft Auto game titles "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories", "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories" and "Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City" are all not related to the five main game titles, all three games are considered non-canon despite some of the characters appearing in the all five main game titles.
In Grand Theft Auto IV, an easter egg hinted that Claude, Tommy Vercetti & Carl "CJ" Johnson were all dead even though all characters are still alive.
Since the announcement of Grand Theft Auto VI being in development, rumours have been said that the new protagonist may be female and that the game is set in Vice City with an extra island based in Brazil. The sixth installment of the game series will be released around 2020/2021.
Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton & Trevor Phillips are the only GTA characters that actually resemble their voice actors.

A few weeks before the Diamond Casino update released, I got back to GTA Online after a very long break (almost a year).
Today I was reminded how much time in total I used to play this game, which made me remember all these good and bad memories from the last few years.

I think I could almost say I grew up with it. I started playing on October 3rd 2013 on my old PS3 system when I first got the game. It was a birthday gift when I turned 14 and used to play it almost every week at least once since then.
At that time my two best friends (twins) also got the game for their PS3 which they shared with each other. But that didn’t bother either of them nor me. In fact they got the game on release which meant they were already more experienced than I was due to single player – so naturally I was really looking forward to finally get to play with them.
I started the game, played the prologue and was so amazed by the game’s intro. The music, the setting, the graphics – it was PERFECT.
But I couldn’t lose any more time. I switched to Online as soon as possible to find my friends (at least the one of the two who was playing). I hit ‘em up on WhatsApp and told them I finally got the game and was playing the introduction, which – if you remember – didn’t immediately allow you to join your friends.
But oh boy, when I was done – shit got so real.

Now, I don’t know why and it probably won’t make sense to you, but the first time I met online with M (one of the twins, the other one we’ll call K) was hilarious as f***.
I just sat in my Dominator around Vinewood hills and saw on my map that he was getting closer pretty fast. When he reached me, he full speed drove off my right car door that was open and it flew pretty far away. I couldn’t control myself and just had to laugh. It was somehow magical to finally play this game with a friend, after being excited for it multiple months.
That was probably my prime time. It didn’t matter to us how much money we had, if somebody killed us or if we were just bad at the game in general. We played it, because it was FUN. And in school we were always talking about what to do next. It was a very memorable time and I’m very grateful for it.

Unfortunately this only lasted a year and a half before I had to leave my school and visit a new one (grades weren’t that good and I faced a few issues with one of my teachers, which was my main reason to leave).
We promised we’d stay friends forever and yeah, I still am in contact with them to this day. But I wouldn’t say we’re friends. We often got into a fight because they got themselves a tank which they used to blow me up in the middle of a session which made me – in my young age – very angry. I took the game way too serious than I want to admit. Only a few days after I left our school they pretty much lost interest in playing with me, which made me very sad for a long time (I struggled with finding new friends at my new school, which made me feel very lonely).

Luckily after a year I finally made two new good friends, one of which became my best friend still to this day (let’s call him B).
They were both playing on Xbox360 while I was “stuck” on PS3. But I was just happy that I wasn’t lonely anymore and we got to hang out regularly in real life.
After we graduated our ways parted and once again I was on a new school trying to achieve my Abitur (I live in Germany. That’s just a better graduation than the one I already had).
I stayed in contact with B and though we didn’t see each other in a long time, it didn’t break our friendship.

Then it happened – my big brother gave me his Xbox One, because he bought himself an Xbox One S.
And guess what? The game he bought for me? GTA V.

I discovered that I was able to transform my old character (who by now owned a very large amount of money through hackers/modders).
Well, not as directly as I thought. I spent an entire day buying and replacing T2s in order to lose lots of my money because Rockstar didn’t allow players with so much money transform over their characters.
Eventually I stopped at 300 million and I finally made it to next gen.

It was such a huge difference and I finally got to enjoy all the updates I missed out on which didn’t release on old gen. My brother started playing with me and I got into a second time of my life in this game. It made me appreciate it even more and I was really happy again.
At the beginning of 2018 B got himself an Xbox One as well and we finally got to play with each other. I taught him everything I knew and since he knew my brother, we made a fantastic trio online.

Now both of them slowly abandon gaming in general. My brother only occasionally plays on his Switch, while B is too busy with his girlfriend.
But all these memories – of how me and M or K took over the city with our free Elegys and driveby skills, or when we used to play missions for entire nights during summer. Or how I got to play Heists with my brother and his friends for my first time or how B and I pretty much did everything imaginable, like suiciding with a Titan into other players on the highway or when we “kidnapped” other people’s cars with the cargobob.
Sometimes I miss the simplicity the vanilla GTA Online had. Where the most expensive car was the Truffade Adder and you actually saw players robbing liquor stores.

I just wanted to share this experience with you guys, because I want to know how you guys experienced GTA Online. I’m 20 now and thinking back to all these happy days of my life really made me nostalgic.

I've played GTA Online every day since the Casino update came out. I haven't won a single car yet. Today, I won it... until I didn't. 240 spins. 1 win. My game crashed as soon as the vehicle popped into the top part of the spinner. I thought I was really lucky because this is the best vehicle to come to the wheel yet, but turns out it's just getting hecked over by Sony again.

I loaded in today with my friend to do the heist.

Plenty of thing that were cool, lots of path, lots of different interaction, pretty much like payday so i though "heh maybe this time it will be a worth it heist".
And so it begins, my friend buyed the arcade thing and we got to do the heist. and what a nightmarish hell of a 8 hours it was.First of all, every god damn set up mission was in freemode, so not only are they not paying, they are fucking lame. that was probably the most boring 4 hours i've done in GTA online. but guess what ? it's paradise in comparison to the boring, buggy, unpleasent, randomized and unrewarding heist that was to come.
Just to be clear, we did EVERY mission that was needed, and every optionnal ones as well, my friend even paid something like 600K to get the casino model and the hack training thing and we got every spotting that was possible, we still don't know what the casino model is for, we got the 2nd gunman and 2nd driver and basic hacker (maybe the worst mistake we've ever made on this game.)
And we choose the Stealth option, why ? because we though "everytime there is a stealth heist or anything, it always go loud at some point, and if we choose a dedicated stealth path, it wont go loud if we get everything done am i right guys ? RIGHT ?"
so we choose a path and the first bad thing happens (i mean except for the boring ass preps missions but you know what i mean) it only pays 1.6 Million... a possibly 5 hours (yes i know with time we will do it faster but not me i'm not redoing this shit.) heist only pays 800K per person if done in a 2 man team. Ridiculous.
The bogdan problem pays 1.2 million and only require 2 hours of your time. you only get +400K for doing something as long as 2 and a half bodgan.
and so it begins, we land on rooftop, everything fun and all, we got to the 1rst room and oh boy, to be honest, the heist was kinda cool until the vault. but there is 2 reason this heist is a nightmare. the 1rst being that if a guard spot you when you shoot him, there like a 60% chance that he will shoot when dying and alert everyone. And the 2nd reason is that they some what decided to implement the sound detection, and it go trough walls...
what does it means you may ask ? well it means that if there is a CCTV in stairs and i want to stun it, and if a guard on the same floor of the CCTV, floor that i am not on because i'm in the upstairs so i can't know if the guard is here throught the map, when you stun it, the guard will automatically alert everyone.
And the thing is, between the 1rst floor and the vault there is only 2 ways to to go, the first being the elevator, that make you spawn in front of 2 guard so when you shot them there is a high chance that they will shoot, and the 2nd one being the staircase, that as a CCTV that is on the same floor as the vault, so 1 in 3 time, a guard will be alerted when we stunned the CCTV.
we stayed on the first room for something like 2 hours, between the guard that hear your shoots, the one that shoot when they die and this fucking gambling between the staircase and the elevator.
but we somewhat get in the vault room. somewhat somehow. we get to the vault room and we kill everyone here, so we are in the vault, hooray! we open the vault aaaaaand... gas...

Why ?
Why is there gas ?
Why is there gas when we killed everyone in the 1rst and 2nd room ?
Why is there gas when we did EVERY optionnal mission there is ?
Why is there gas when apparently nothing got thrown off ?

we don't know, but there was the gas, we got a minute and a half to collect 6 money point with 4 locked behind 2 hacks, in a minute and a half window... we only got 4 of them, so we only got a million dollar...
a million dollar heist for 3 hours of prep. Outrageous. but because the game is unfunny, the alarm goes off for no reason. we now need to fight off swats, with only a pistol, a tazer and a shotgun. with no armor whatsoever. and because the game is EVEN MORE unfunny, if you get shot you loose money.
So here we are fighting for our life, trying to get to the cars, loosing money like a leaky pipeline.We lost like 4 time, because obviously we don't have the stuff too deal with it.
we got to the cars thinking it was done finally, just need to go to the meeting point, well you'll first need to loose the cops because the devs aren't payd enough to develope a cool way to loose them, and last but not least, the tires of the cars aren't bulletproof... We paid EXTRA CASH to get a better driver that wasn't there, to get us cars, and he can't even make the tire bulletproof, wtf.
why did i need to pay this guy ? i have a full market about stolen cars, why did this guy needed to be hired when he can't even pick bulletproof tires. fuck off.
so we lost because my tires got shot obviously so we made the right choice. Waiting in the sewer for the stars to dissapear. Wow super cool and super refreshing experience.

we finally got to finish the heist, we got 366K, we loosed so much time i don't think i want to play the game anymore.

Who thought it would be rewarding to pay this less ?
who thought sound detection that go trough walls was a good idea ?
who thought making you hire people without knowing what they do was a good idea ?
who thought PUTTING GAS AND GOING LOUD on a FLAWLESS STEALTH HEIST was rewarding and refreshing ?
So yeah, as a big PayDay 2 player, i wanted to congrats rockstar, for making what i consider the most nightmarish, unrewarding, unsatisfying, unfunny heist i've ever did. And that's coming from someone that did old One Down goat simulator and bomb forest in payday 2.
I didn't thought rockstar could do worst than the doomsday ones, well they overkilled it.

TL;DR: thinking about stealth in GTA is a complete joke and doesn't it exist. New heist sucks. Friend lost money.

Need some help as I'm new to gta online, I won an Oppressor from the diamond casino a couple of cycles ago, and then today I won that ugly valor, my property only had two parking spots at the time so as I was using the bike at the time I chose that, thinking I could buy a new property and then all 3 would spawn at that property. Bought the new property and the Oppressor didn't spawn in the garage, is there anything I can do to get it back? I don't have the money to purchase one from warstock either.
Tldr won bike and car, car replaced bike in garage can I get bike back?

Today I hopped on GTA V Online and I zoomed to the casino to hopefully win the new car. I spun the wheels and I won. But the car didn't go into my garage or anything.

If you want a way to get a lot of money and not do as much work, you should get a vehicle warehouse. You have to get an office and buy the vehicle warehouse for $1,500,00. To get this money you can work on quick missions. Blow up is my favorite and it gives you around $5,000 when I, personally, play it. All you have to do is blow up some cars and boom ur done. Save up and don’t waste that much money on cars and clothes. Sign into rockstar social club and you get a pretty fast car with good handling for free. Vehicle ware house missions can get hard but it’s sorta fast. Vehicles at my level can get you $50,000 - $100,000. You should get a facility for the doomsday heist but once you get enough money. My next step and something you should get is an arcade. It gives you access to the diamond casino heist which can get you a lot of money and it will be fun. Have a great time and don’t go after try-Hards, they will make your life much harder.
